Meet Duncan Lou Who, the incredibly amazing boxer dog who was born with severely deformed rear legs. Although Duncan does in fact have a wheelchair, he never likes to use it and so the folks over at Panda Paws Rescue let him roam free.
This video shows Duncan’s first visit to the beach and it melted our hearts just a little.
