There are a lot of videos doing the rounds showing how people turned tiny spaces into cosy homes but we think this might be the best yet.
Christian Schallert lives in Barcelona and when he moved into this 24 square metre space in the trendy Born district, it wasn’t exactly what you’d call a high standard of accommodation.
However, the small room has been redesigned into a chic and functional apartment, with some very impressive features.
Designed by architect Barbara Appolloni, Christian says that the space was inspired by the space-saving furniture aboard boats, as well as the clean lines of a small Japanese home.
