At this point, we’re all a bit sick of this dreary winter weather and will be delighted when it gets to the point, like in Miss Congeniality where all we need is a light jacket.
However, this canine friend really seems to be making the most of the inclement weather and his owner Neil Brown uploaded the footage to YouTube yesterday.
It’s truly magical to see, he’s just loving life and so are we. So. Are. We.
