A 41-year-old man was discovered outside an elementary school, naked and screaming, after he had apparently ripped off his own penis.
Police Sergeant Geoff Fox explained that the patient was rushed to hospital, along with his dismembered parts, according to Digital Spy.
“He really wasn’t saying much at all — a lot of yelling and screaming,” Fox told the Detroit Free Press, adding the man had broken a window to the school but didn’t take anything. “He wasn’t making sense. They couldn’t really communicate with him in terms of constructive conversation.”
The man had confirmed that he picked up magic mushrooms a few days previously, but had no history of mental problems.
The police didn’t comment further on his treatment, but had confirmed that the man in question was close to death.
