Meet Frank. He is one and a half, and probably the happiest dog we have ever seen. Why? Because he wags his tail in his sleep, that’s why!
But it hasn’t all been plain sailing and tail wagging for this dachshund which was poorly looked after when he was just a pup.
When Rafael Borges and his wife met five-month-old Frank, he was very scared and completely deaf as a result of the mistreatment. In fact, the vet didn’t expect him to survive.
After some love and care, the little guy defied the odds and is now the star of a YouTube video which, despite being a year old, is getting a lot of attention online.
