Heineken received that many applications for an internship vacancy. After sifting through applicants, they decided to put all the interviewees in Amsterdam through a series of extraordinary circumstances… all staged of course.
And all while being secretly filmed…
The video of the brewing company’s efforts to find their latest hot shot has gone viral.
Interviewees were called upon to revive the interviewer when he “blacks out”, while later on they were given the opportunity to “save” a stranded employee during a fire evacuation.
Heineken were looking for someone who had the skills to admirably respond to these situations. The successful applicant earned the opportunity to work in the Event & Sponsorship department as well as tour with the UEFA Champions League trophy.
And we can honestly say he deserved it after this show…
