Dublin girl Laura Hannon found this out the hard way during rehearsals for a upcoming Strictly Come Dancing charity event.
Her partner Eoin Walsh was on hand to catch her but unfortunately things went wrong and Laura fell, all we can say is OUCH.
Rest assured, Laura is perfectly fine and the brave pair soldiered on.
We definitely think they deserve to take the title based on determination alone…
