Radio One listeners husband and wife Ronan and Emma Lally sent this amazing video into The Mooney Show.
The video has had over 10,000 views on YouTube.
Comments on the video-sharing website describe how the couple thought their three ducklings had gone missing until they found them being fed and comforted by their cat who had just had her own kittens.
The cat would be a predator of the ducklings, only she probably has hormones running high at the moment and so wanted to protect the little guys.
