Move over Crossfit – BogFit is the latest fitness craze to “schweep” Ireland. 

No fancy equipment needed here, as instructor Mattman explains: “You only need two things – a bog, and turf that hasn’t been turned.”

The workout which consists of turf burpees and sprints is multi-purpose – not only will you be one step closer to your dream bog body, but you will also get the turf turned.

Just try not to “make sh**te of the turf.”
