This is Noah Ritter. Noah was attending the Wayne County Fair in Pennsylvania over the weekend when he was ‘discovered’ by Newswatch 16’s Sofia Ojeda. Ojeda handed the microphone over to young Noah, and what happened after that is TV gold. Apparently.
