One of the most frustrating things ever is typing a message on your phone, only to discover that it was in the wrong case.
If this is one of your constant struggles, we have some good news – Apple have announced that they are making some big changes to the keyboard in its new iOS.
In the past, the only indication on iPhone and iPad that your keyboard was in upper case was a change in the colour of your shift key from black to grey.
Now, the company has confirmed that iOS 9 will see all letters on the keyboard appear as capitals when upper case is enabled and return to lower case when the shift button is pressed.
The change is due to be available to all users this autumn and has been met with a warm response from beta testers, who have said that this was a constant source of hassle before the update.
