We had great craic playing spot the ball as the game finished one-all.
Ireland went head-to-head with Bosnia and Herzegovina in the first leg of the Euro 2016 play-off tonight and though fog shrouded the pitch in the second half, it didn’t stop proceedings.
Though to be fair, the main talking point of the game was the… urm… fog.
A shaky first half dismayed fans, though we were just happy to still be on level pegging with the hosts, and things certainly didn’t get easier in the second half as visibility became extremely poor thanks to the fog.
Then, Robbie Brady came out of the gloom and hit the back of the net, and while it took fans a while to react (as nobody could see it), the stadium soon erupted, as too did delighted fans on Twitter.
It was shortlived however, as Dzeko equalized just minutes later to leave the final score at one all.
