Tulisa Contostavlos is walking on thin ice with X Factor bosses according to reports this morning.
In fact the former N-Dubz singer could be out of the job if her bad behaviour continues. Apparently she has been turning up late for filming and seems distracted when she does.
There are rumours that she cares more about herself than her act Ella Henderson and that her new beau, footballer Danny Simpson, is only distracting her further.
It seems Tulisa has her solo career and a new boyfriend on her mind.
An insider told The Sun newspaper: “She needs to buck up her ideas and give her performance on the show more attention.”
It seems that there is some truth behind the claims as the 24-year-old’s rep admitted that she has been late recently.
“She did get there but by the time she did Ella had to go so they couldn’t film. So she was an hour late but she didn’t just not turn up,” they explained.
Rumours have it Tulisa isn’t giving Ella Henderson the attention she needs.
However a spokeswoman for the ITV show said: “Tulisa is a highly valued member of the judging panel. No decisions whatsoever have been made yet in terms of next year’s panel.”
It will certainly be interesting to see who exactly will return to the show next year, that is if it even gets another series. Who knows, it might just end up being Louis Walsh by himself!
