Get ready for even crazier vajazzles and even more fake bake as Gemma Collins has revealed the big screen version of The Only Way Is Essex is going to happen. And no, we’re not joking. We wouldn’t joke about something like this!
The ‘reality’ star told The Sun newspaper that anything Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte can do, the cast of the ITV2 hit show can also do.
“Yeah it’s gonna happen. If Sex and the City can do it, so can we,” she explained. As painful as it might be, we’d quite like to see the boys drinking cosmos all day and shopping until they drop.
Gemma and her boyfriend Arg (James Argent) met on the reality show.
Gemma also hinted that a few of the old favourites might make their comebacks for the production: “Hopefully, if we make a film, we’d all come back together.”
This could spell trouble what with all the hooking and breaking up this lot have done over the last few years. As Arg’s other half explains, the film looks set to be wilder than the television series.
Who knows who will appear in the film version of the show?
“We don’t know where it will be filmed, we don’t know when, but I mean we’re just normal people with crazy lives,” said Gemma before adding: “Some people only go out on birthdays and Christmasses. We’re out every night of the week.”
As surprised as we are that it’s not being filmed in Marbella, we know that wherever it takes places it’s sure to be totes amazeballs!
