In a loving and beautiful gesture, student Ben Linnabary made one of his mother’s dying wishes come true by having his graduation in the hospital where she was being treated.
Jennifer Linnabary, who was dying from an aggressive form of lymphoma, wanted to see her son graduate from high school and with the help of friends, family and teachers she did.
Ben’s mother is not seen in the video clip, but her loving son’s attention is focused on her at all times and he makes sure he is close to her side, telling her proudly: “I graduated Mom”, and those present: “This means so much”.
Sadly Ben’s mum passed away the day after the ceremony which was recorded and posted online earlier this week.
