Playing match maker with your friends just became a lot easier.
These days if someone says they want to set you up with someone they know the easiest thing to do is to find them online via Facebook or Twitter before you agree to meet them in person.
Well, now Tinder is making that pre-screening stage a lot easier.
Our friends over in Joe.ie spotted this new feature on the popular dating app which allows users to share potential matches with their friends through a ‘share’ button.
It’s only in the testing stage at the moment but it’s allowing a select number of Tinder users trial it. If they choose the ‘share’ option they get to send the person’s profile to their friend by text message. The friend then has 72 hours or 5 clicks to respond.
If they are interested in the newly supplied profile and swipe on it, they will be added to the recommendations for that person, as long as they meet the potential match’s preferences.
The feature will be tested in various markets and may differ in appearance and functionality depending on location.
