We’re getting hungry just thinking about it.
Whatever about the rest of the country, Supermac’s is a rite of passage for students and visitors alike in Co. Galway and you truly haven’t lived unless you’ve been in there at 2am after a night out.
Now there’s some even more good news for fans of the fast food chain, as founders Pat and Una McDonagh announced this week that they have created 100 jobs as they prepare to open at the new motorway service station at the M6 at Kiltullagh.
So for all of you who can’t fight the hunger on a road trip from Dublin to Galway, your prayers have officially been answered.
And best of all? They’re hoping to roll out into more service stations in the coming years.
We’ll have one of everything on the menu please.
