This Man Who LiveTweeted Being On Hold Is All Of Us

There’s nothing more frustrating than being left hanging on hold for ages, the infuriating music driving your blood pressure up by the minute. If this has happened to you, spare a thought for this Canadian man.

Photographer and editor Corbin Smith who is based in Toronto has officially had the worst customer service experience anyone has ever had on planet Earth.

Smith made an order to Tiger Direct, a technology company. There was a problem with the order, so he decided to call customer service. Nothing could have prepared him for what happened next.

 

One hour,  that’s pretty bad.  

Well this has escalated.

World Record levels of rage.

You have to carry on with your life yaknow?

Have to hand it to him for this ingenuity.
