London’s cheapest flat is being advertised on Zoopla. The studio is a remarkable 84sq foot and is on the market for offers over £75,000 (approx. €101,000).
The studio on Saratoga Road, London E5, is described as being situated on the 1st floor of a handsome period building. The “well presented” studio flat provides “bright accommodation that includes a sleeping area with compact kitchenette (mini fridge & microwave included) plus a separate wet room with shower and W.C”.
Compact is definitely the operative word in that description.
