What is it about sex and statistics?
People love to know the figures when it comes to getting down and dirty – maybe it’s the anonymity, maybe people are just curious about what the neighbours are up to.
Whether your sex life matches the stats or not, they’re a bit of fun, and the results of a recent survey may surprise you.
According to the research, carried out by Watchshop, in 2015, the average British woman spent:
-6 Days cleaning
-24 days commuting
-66 days sleeping
-19 days talking about the weather
-4 days having sex
That may look like a pretty measly amount, but we’re not doing too badly if you look at the male stats.
According to the survey, they spent on average three days in 2015 getting frisky.
This could be down to the fact that they spent around 80 days of the year asleep compared to our 66.
They also spend 8 entire days drinking compared to our 6, and unfortunately we still make up the extra time cleaning, with two extra days scrubbing compared to our male counterparts.
Oh well, we still get more action.
