Most people decide to pop the question over a romantic dinner but not Kevin Finan.
He decided to propose to his girlfriend Siobhan Duffy on her birthday this year, which fell during the annual Drive4Charity event (it raises money for Crumlin Children’s Hospital and Console).
After arriving at Dundalk Stadium, he took his other half up onto a cherry picker and the cars below read out the words: “marry me.”
She said ‘yes’ of course and the memorable moment was captured by a photographer.
