This Has to be the Most Extravagant and Most Expensive Valentine’s Meal Ever

Now that's a price tag...

Una Kavanagh

We reckon that you’d be hard pressed to find a Valentine’s Day meal more luxurious than this. For a cool £61,000, you could be eating the fanciest Valentine’s meal in the world.

Organised by British luxury site VeryFirstTo, the meal, in collaboration with GreatBritishChefs.com, features an eight-course menu designed by Michelin Star chef Adam Simmonds.

Foodbeast reports that the menu contains extravagant components like Alums white caviar ($5000) and gold leaf ($3000), as well as Native South Sea oyster pearls ($10,000).

Rare wines will be served on the night including a bottle of 1990 La Romanee-Conti, Domaine de la Romanee-Conti, which has a price tag of over $27,000.

“Each dish has been created with romance in mind and to allow the spectacular ingredients to work their magic, in both creating delicious food and the perfect mood for romance” said Adam.

Take a look at the menu below, quite a few mouthfuls indeed!
