A photo of a 70-year old man’s graduation photo has gone viral, after classmates shared him holding a sign of his remarkable achievements.
Decked out in his cap and gown, Tap Kieu graduated from the Virginia Commonwealth University Music department, working on fulfilling his dream of being a choral director.
According to Buzzfeed, the image was originally posted to Unilad’s Facebook page, before being shared on Tumblr.
As well as displaying a pretty inspiring set of life goals, Tap’s classmate explained that he has had an ongoing determination – having fled the war in Vietnam:

Speaking to Buzzfeed, the faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University Music said they are “certainly proud of him and we know he’ll go on to do great things!”
