Halloween is a great excuse to dress up and have the craic… until the camera comes out that is.
This particularly applies to childhood costumes when you had little or no control over what you wore and your adoring parents saw this as an opportune moment to get snap happy.
They might even have thought that the entire family dressing as the Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles or characters from a Disney classic was the best idea EVER.
