The RTÉ hit, Love/Hate, came to a dramatic end, as the final episode of the fourth season aired last night.
The drama, that has had the entire country on the edge of their seat for the last six weeks, finished up, and it’s fair to say, there were a few folks unimpressed with how Nidge, Fran, Tommy and gang bowed out.
With two deaths, a bloody nose, Fran’s magic teeth and the Garda using several walkie-talkies, it was all in all a very unexpected ending to the show.
To say the general public were unhappy, is probably an understatement.
Over on the Twittersphere things kicked off, and within minutes of the credits rolling #ThingsBetterThanLoveHate began trending in Ireland.
Here are a few of the best tweets using the hashtag. Some of these folk really need to Coola Boola.
