Roll on next Tuesday!
While forecasters are predicting a lot of sunshine for the Emerald Isle next week, we have to get through the weekend first and it’s not looking the best.
Saturday will start off dry and bright according to Met Eireann before showers will develop with the risk of isolated thunderstorms.
Temperatures will average between 15 to 19 degrees.
Meanwhile, Sunday will also start off dry and bright, but if you’re headed for Croke Park be sure to bring the rain gear, as heavy showers are set to develop during the afternoon and evening.
Parts of the west and the north will have the heaviest rainfall as the day progresses and there will be highs of 14 to 18 degrees.
Monday will also have a lot of heavy rain nationwide, but once we have that over us, Tuesday kicks off the start of some balmy back to school weather.
We can’t wait!
