The weather warnings for #StormFrank kicked in at midday today and if you have to venture outside today, take extra care.
The people at Met Éireann have been working overtime though and have teamed up with the UK Met Office to name the next 15 storms heading towards Ireland.
Frank is the sixth storm to hit Ireland in recent months (remember Abigail, Barney, Clodagh, Desmond, and Eva) and it sounds like we should brace ourselves for more bad weather in the coming weeks.
Spotted on JOE.ie, here are the names of the next 15 storms, which were chosen by members of the public in Ireland and the UK.
Gertrude is the name of the next storm followed by Henry, Imogen, Jake, Katie, Lawrence, Mary, Nigel, Orla, Phil, Rhonda, Steve, Tegan, Vernon and Wendy.
Despite the public vote, it might be time for a campaign to have Tegan replaced with Teresa…
