Hands up if anyone is getting a little sick of guessing who “the mother” is on How I Met Your Mother…
Well, the wait is over.
HIMYM actress Alyson Hannigan featured on The Late Show last night with US chat show host David Letterman and dropped a fairly massive hint about the long-awaited “mother” reveal on the hit TV series.
“I had always thought that the last show of the whole series was going to be the reveal of the mother,” she said.
“And, without CBS coming and killing me, I just want to say that I’m glad I didn’t bet on that.”
Hannigan let the big hint slip…
Alyson said fans will have to tune in to the season finale on Monday to find out what she’s hinting about.
Hannigan, we can honestly say we’ll be on to you if this is a stunt!
