Billy Cunningham from Kent was rather annoyed when he didn’t get to avail of Tesco’s meal deal offer this week.
In fact he wrote to them on Facebook to complain that the self-service till had failed to apply the discount to his crisps, sandwich and drink.
Let’s just say his complaint was hilariously melodramatic and he therefore got a similarly melodramatic response from Stephen from customer care.
