Don’t worry, they’re gone!

A beekeeper in Dublin was the subject of much conversation in the city on Wednesday of this week after a swarm of bees took over an area on North Frederick Street.

According to reports, a member of the Gardaí stood beside the bees until the beekeeper arrived. People around the city took to Twitter and it sounds like it was dealt with pretty efficiently.

The bees were safely removed and our favourite pun from the event has to be this one from Twitter user Orlaith Delargy.

Well played, well played.
