Texts on his phone revealed a chilling exchange between him and Michelle.

“When are you doing it?’ she wrote to him. Followed by:

“You better not be bullsh*tting me and saying you gonna do this and then purposely get caught.”

Text messages from Roy suggest that he was having second thoughts about taking his life. “Get back in”, she allegedly responded. Roy obliged.

Both Michelle and Conrad lived in Massachusetts, about 50 miles apart. They mainly interacted through text and email and allegedly hadn’t seen one another for almost a year when Roy killed himself.

Michelle is expected in court on February 2nd. If convicted, she faces up to 20 years in prison.
