First she releases an album, then there is a stage show about her life and now Susan Boyle’s story is going to Hollywood.

According to reports today the singer, who became an overnight success on Britain’s Got Talent back in 2009, will be able to see her life on the big screen.

Susan Boyle auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent three years ago.

The film, which will be a straight drama as opposed to a documentary, will be the second time that the Scottish star’s story will be used for a production. The stage show I Dreamed a Dream is also based on her rise to fame.

Speaking about the film and who she would like to take the role of herself, Susan told reporters: “My story will make a great film…. There’s only one person I’d love to play me and that’s Julie Walters. She would do the job and you just know she would do my story justice.”

Julie Walters seems to be the favourite to play the part of Susan Boyle.

And the Harry Potter actress isn’t the only person she has in mind for the film. Susan also wants George Clooney to play the part of her manager.

The 51-year-old said: “It’s wishful thinking. But it’s Hollywood… anything can happen.”
