In a post uploaded to Imgur, the little boy who we believe is aged around nine, is smiling alongside his mother and a teeny tiny model of his ‘Success Kid’ pose.
Last year, Sammy appeared on the internet again when his family launched a GoFundMe appeal to help Sammy’s father Justin to get a kidney transplant.
After raising over $100,000, the kidney transplant went ahead and now Sammy is back with the cheesiest cutest grin EVER.
