It’s the 2nd February which means that spring is officially here. After 31 dark and dreary January days, we can finally start to prepare for the season ahead.
Believe us when we say there is lots to get excited about…
A Wardrobe Update
Sure any excuse for shopping! No one is saying you have to go mad, but there’s no harm in having a look at what’s on offer in the shops for spring summer 2014.

Longer Evenings
This is one of the best things about spring. Brighter days and longer evenings which means you have a little more time on your hands. Fun times ahead!
Summer Gigs
Festival season is on the way and this is music to our ears. Numerous gigs have been announced in the last few weeks including Garth Brooks, Kings of Leon, Artic Monkeys oh yes and Longitude… THE festival of 2014.

Holiday Plans
It might be seem like a far-off dream at the moment but in order to get a good deal, check out your holiday options now. Cocktails on a beach, partying all night and simply de-stressing… planning is almost as much fun as the actual break!
A Little Tipple
For anyone partaking in dry January, the fact that it’s now February and you can have the odd alcoholic beverage or two without feeling guilty is seriously good news.

Here Comes The Sun
Remember it is Ireland and the sun doesn’t like us very much. That said, we do get the odd glimpse from time to time especially now spring is here. In Ireland, sunshine equals happy people (and red faces but let’s not concentrate on that part).
A Few Extra Euros
The period after Christmas is always a lean one which is part of why January is so grim. If you were sensible enough to take it easy during the first month of the year, then chances are you might be in the money now. GET IN.

Good Moods
It can be really difficult to get back into the swing of things after the Christmas break and January has a reputation as a dull month seeing as money is tight. Once February comes around, we usually feel a little brighter.
