This year marks the eleventh anniversary of Mean Girls and although we’re feeling very old, the good news is we will soon to be able to play a “so fetch” inspired game on our phones.
Developer So Much Drama has said that the many of the original characters and features will be included in the mobile game.
“Mean Girls is hilarious, brutal, and endlessly quotable; I absolutely loved watching and re-watching the film,” said founder Jeff Meador.
“The game is rich with the quirky humour, over-the-top high school power struggles, and everything from hilarious lines, peppermint foot cream, to, yes, the Burn Book”.
At the moment, it looks like eight of the film’s characters, Cady, Regina, Gretchen, Karen, Janis, Damian, Aaron, and Kevin will make into the game.
You can pick which character you want to play before trying to piece together the broken Spring Fling Tiara and taking down the new Plastics on the block.
Not only that, there are a number of different levels with EPIC names such as “you can’t sit with us” and “she doesn’t even go here”.
The game will initially be released for iPad and iPhone users and we can’t wait to try it out!
