Sick Of Your Bra Straps Constantly Falling Down? You Need To Read This!

We have a few solutions...

Her

There are few things more annoying in life than your bra straps falling down as you make your way through the day.

Aside from the fact that you may be wearing the wrong bra size, or indeed, your bra has lost support due to age, this can also be caused by the straps being fixed too far apart on the band of the bra.

Here are a few other things to bear in mind to keep those straps, and support, in place.

Comfort

If your bra straps continue to slip even after you’ve been measured correctly and purchased a new bra, try out bras that have a ‘comfort back’ or racer/leotard back option. You could also look for one that includes a hook to bring the bra together like a sports bra at the back.

Tape it up

Worse case scenario is that you are sitting in work and you only have a roll of sellotape to hand. If that’s the case, this idea won’t really work – but if you do get the chance, buy some fashion tape which will help stick your straps to your skin.

Hold them together

Yes, bra strap holders actually do exist and there’s a wide variety of shapes types and colours online. Worth it if this always happens to you. There are also bra strap cushions you can buy to rest the strap on top of.

Sew it!

If you don’t fancy crossing your bra straps across your back to keep them in place, there’s also the option of sewing strap holders into your favourite tops.

A lot of work – but worth it.
