For better or for worse, our house-mates are destined to leave a lasting impression on our lives.
And while some of them will become lifelong pals, the people at our side at birthday celebrations, weddings, baptisms, the remainder tend to be some of the most awful humans ever to come into our lives. It’s a sad fact that we all just have to accept.
Here are seven things all annoying housemates do…
1. They don’t pay bills on time
Because why would they? It’s not like you need the cash in your account to keep yourself fed anything. Not at all.
2. They leave the bathroom looking like a bombsite…
And don’t seem to see any problem with it at all.
3. They’re passive aggressive…
And leave epistles about cleaning on the fridge.
4. They come into your room without being invited.
Like, seriously?
6. They make loads of noise
These fall into two categories. They either keep you awake all night with music blaring, or hoover the stairs at 8am on Saturday mornings. Either way, they’re a nightmare.
7. They wear headphones in the kitchen
A nasty little trend that’s on the rise in shared households. That is not OK. Not OK at all.
