Meet the lovely Roozer Brewz aka Roo for short, a miniature horse foal, that weighs about 50lbs and is approximately 19″ tall.
The majority of the miniatures in the world are not this small and luckily don’t have the slew of complications that Roozer was born with and so he’s classified as a dwarf miniature horse.
“He was born with what they call “windswept” legs and had severe angular limb deformities and tendon laxity on all 4 legs.” say his owners.
“When Roo was born, due to his tendon laxity and his apparent dysmaturity, he could stand, but not up enough or long enough to nurse from mom.”
The courageous young foal has to also wear corrective boots to help him walk.
In this new video, the young horse is testing out his newly acquired wheels that’ll keep him on balance.
It’s hoped that the news wheels will help Roo gain muscle strength in his hind legs and help increase tendon tone.
We’ll keep him in our thoughts! More of Roo’s story can be found on his Facebook page here.
