We may not get the best sunny weather, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy some summery treats!
Making your own juice recipe isn’t hard as long as you have a decent juicer and fresh fruit and vegetables.
Pineapples make a wonderful juice and are packed full of amazing nutrients combining fiber, vitamin C, B1, calcium and iron (but to name a few). Why not give this summery recipe a go?
Ingredients:
- 1/2 ripe pineapple
- 25g ginger
- 1 medium carrot (peeled and chopped)
- 1 1/2 tsp of sugar
Method:
- Put all of the ingredients into your juicer and blitz.
