Recipe: Ginger Glory – An Immunity-Boosting Juice

Feeling a bit run down and in need to kick start the immune system? This juice is for you.

Our ginger glory is an immune-boosting treat that’s loaded with nutrition, antioxidants and folate. The tasty juice is really bursting with flavour and packed with vitamin C – it’s a must try.

Ginger Glory

Ingredients:

  • 5 large carrots
  • 3 mandarins
  • 1 red apple
  • 100g fresh ginger
  • 1 romaine lettuce heart
  • 1/2 lemon

Method:

Make sure all of our veg and fruit is peeled and pop them all into your juicer, and blitz. Best used on the day.
