On the hunt for a healthy substitute for crisps and chocolate? How about a delicious smoothie, that’s not only healthy, but delicious too!

Here’s our recipe for a simple smoothie that combines tasty mango and avocado. Trust us, it’s very, very yummy and all you have to do is mix them up in a smoothie blender and enjoy.

Mango Madness

  • 1/4 cup sliced, fresh avocado
  • 1 cup sliced mango
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon natural honey
  • 2 cups crushed ice

Best served on the day.
