Ah, stop.
A few days back, we gave you this class, adorable pup who was being trained as a CIA bomb detection dog.
However, the little guy decided that he didn’t want to work as an undercover agent and eventually handed in his notice via a series of adorable photos all handily shared together in a Twitter thread.
It was very sweet, and we couldn’t deal.
Today, we give you a dog who decided to continue with his crime fighting-based career.
Atom is a sniffer dog currently employed by the North Yorkshire Police department.
He’s also The Best Boy™.
Last week, Atom and some of the police officer lads stopped a vehicle they thought looked suspicious.
Inside, the sniffer dog found approximately £12,500 (about €15,000) worth of cocaine.
And he looked only delighted with himself.
So proud. So regal.
The North Yorkshire Police department weren’t the only people who appreciated Atom’s skills.
The post has since garnered over 2,500 likes with people taking to the comments section to tell the sniffer what a good boy he is.
And they are not wrong.
“He deserves some yummy treats for dinner now,” said one user.
“A cocker doing what he does best – working,” said another.
Atom’s reward for his stellar performance on the job has yet to be confirmed.
