At 21 weeks, expectant mother Sinead Doyle recently went for a scan at the Coombe Hospital.
Needless to say Sinead, her partner Mick and the doctor burst out laughing when they saw what message the little one was sending from the womb.
Sinead, who hails from Dublin, told us that plenty of people are taking snaps of the scan and to be fair, it’s the last thing you would expect to appear!
