Over the last few years, companies have got better at using social media to interact with customers and to listen to their complaints. Occasionally, the exchanges can be absolutely hilarious.
We’re pretty sure this wasn’t what Domino’s Pizza were expecting when they checked their mentions on Twitter.
The below exchange is just hilarious but the last sign off from Domino’s is most certainly our favourite. Round of applause, folks.
.@Dominos_UK HELLO I’VE JUST MADE LOVE TO ONE OF YOUR PIZZAS AND BURNT MY PENIS SEVERELY. PLEASE ADVISE ON YOUR TERMS FOR A REFUND. THANKS.

@indiantank @ITK_AGENT_VIGO It is definitely recommended, as that is not what is expected of our pizzas. We raised them better than that!
