Following the untimely deaths of two firefighters in Boston on Thursday, their crew stood by in Logan airport to await the arrival of the family of one of their comrades.
Edward Walsh and Michael Kennedy were killed while fighting a blaze in Boston on Wednesday night.
The family of Lt. Edward Walsh were greeted with this guard of honour when they began to make their way through the airport.
This photo is positively chilling and heartbreaking at the same time.
