Santa has been and gone to all the boys and girls in the country, however Rudolph and the lads had one tough job pulling that sleigh passed the Irish Defence Forces and the folk at Dublin Airport.
Being the extremely sound and dead on lads that they are, the army, air corps and navy decided to stand down to let this pilot named Santa, who identified himself as a ‘friend’ when interrogated by Air Defence Radar, pass safely.

Dublin Airport also showed their hospitality when the DAA flight board signalled “a very important arrival,” would be landing at Terminal 1.
