There’s no denying that after 25 seasons, The Simpsons are pretty much one of the most recognised cartoons on TV.
Even if you’re not a fan of the show (ok, really?!), you could spot a cast member and their yellow skin a mile off.
So when Belgian illustrator Adrien Noterdaem, creator and operator of the “Simpsonized” Tumblr site decided to give some modern shows a Simpsons twist, we were impressed to see that the style and Springfield manners don’t date – proven by the inclusion of a period drama.
Speaking to Mashable, Noterdaem said:
“It seems easy, but it’s a challenge to recognize at a glance the people with the graphical elements of the Simpsons. I’ve watched the Simpsons since the very beginning of the show, here in Belgium.”
These are pretty impressive.
