For most first-time parents, there’s always a settling in period.
Whether it’s getting over the late nights, settling into bath time or changing nappies… It’s all part of your new full-time job.
Yet when one man decided to get a newborn photo shoot with his baby boy Asher, he probably wasn’t expecting an extra little surprise…
Posting the image to the Life of Dad Facebook page, Mark Resnik caught the moment his son had other plans for their photoshoot:

Photographer Gigi O’Dea told Buzzfeed that Mark and his wife Shayna wanted one particular shot of their 10-day old son on Mark’s back.
Mark decided to reach out to other first time parents to let them in on his parenting experience (and for everyone to realise they’re not alone!)
Since sharing his snap, the post has gone viral with more than 63,000 likes and 11,000 shares to date.
One to keep for the wedding day anyway!
