One look outside and we already know where we’ll be tonight…on our couch with a steaming cup of tea. Unfortunately we’ve hardly seen the sun this summer but it looks like it autumn is here with a bang. Here’s our top telly picks this Monday night.
Celebrity Salon – TV3 (21:00-22:00)
Tonight will see the contestants battle it out as they learn a bit about peat skin care products but an accident lands one of them in hospital. The show documents as Nikki Grahame, Layla Flaherty, Glenda Gilson, Nadya Forde, Havana, Greg Lake, Julian Simmons train to become beauty professionals.

Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model – Sky Living (21:00-22:00)
Only six girls remain in the competition and they face the scariest photo shoot yet as they must try to look relaxed with giant tarantulas scurrying over their bodies. The models meet with the cosmetics company to which the winner will sign, so the pressure is on to represent themselves appropriately. Irish model Lisa continues to fight for the top spot as Poppy Delevinge joins the judging panel.

Kellie – RTÉ One (22:30-23:30)
Kellie is an inspiring documentary about a 22-year old girl with severely deformed hands and a facial disfigurement. Kellie O’Farrell was trapped in a car fire at the age of two and has lived with the disfigurement throughout her life. Now, she gets set to leave the comfort of her family home for a new life in London.
Coronation Street – TV3 (20:30-21:00)
Tonight, Izzy decides that she can’t possibly allow Katy to be her surrogate but does not inform Gary about the decision, leaving him angry and disappointed, which ruins the birthday party. Meanwhile, Jason puts pressure on Tommy and Tina to move out of the flat.

Hot Fuzz – ITV2 (21:00-23:30)
This action comedy, starring Simon Pegg, focuses on an excited London policeman who is transferred to a country village where crime levels are low. However, a strange set of events give him a reason to suspect not all is okay in the neighbourhood.
