The 19-year-old left the website after he said he was getting annoyed by people constantly sending abusive messages to him.

His ‘final’ tweet on Tuesday read; “The reason I don’t tweet as much as I used to, is because I’m sick of all the useless opinions and hate that I get daily.  Goodbye Twitter”.

Zayn said he was receiving abusive messages about his Little Mix girlfriend, Perrie, and reading constant rumours about him cheating on her.
